Vehicle Quotations
Quotations are based on the information supplied by the customer. A quotation may be revised or withdrawn if the vehicle description, condition, location, documentation, accessibility or identity differs materially from the information provided.
Ownership and Authority
The person arranging the sale or collection must have legal authority to dispose of or move the vehicle and may be required to provide identification, proof of address, keys and vehicle documentation.
Collection Access
The customer must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and that collection can be carried out safely and lawfully. Additional charges or cancellation may apply where access information is inaccurate or the vehicle requires equipment or work not previously disclosed.
Payment
Payment arrangements will be confirmed before or at collection. Payment may be subject to satisfactory inspection, verification of ownership and agreement of the final vehicle condition.
Recovery and Transport
Recovery and transport quotations depend on the vehicle type, condition, collection location, destination, access and distance. Customers must disclose relevant hazards, damage and access restrictions.
Cancellation
Please provide reasonable notice if a collection or recovery booking must be cancelled. Costs may be charged where a vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible or materially different after a driver has attended.
